My professional passion lies in helping leaders in a range of contexts (business, community, family) to achieve positive growth that supports them becoming who they want to be, and allows those around them to flourish. I do this by helping to significantly increase their level of self-awareness (the #1 skill of effective leaders) and providing tools that, if they are prepared to do the work, will allow them to make lasting behavioural change.
