This is not your traditional recruitment process – rather it is a collaborative partnership using a combined coaching/consultative approach to help you find the true gems in your candidate mix (and give you the courage to walk away from the duds!) 


My extensive experience in the recruitment space means I can work closely with Hiring Managers to guide them through the aspects of recruiting leadership roles that they find most challenging. If needed, I can run the end-to-end process of a senior hire, supporting businesses in a cost effective manner, and ensuring they maintain control over the hiring process.


Alternatively, I am happy to sit in on panel interviews, or get involved in the final stages of a process with a preferred candidate to offer a neutral perspective during the decision making phase. I can also provide advice on role profiling, competency frameworks, and recruitment documentation, plus referrals to additional HR services including Psychometric Assessment, Employment Relations, Pay & Benefits and Change Management. I currently facilitate several of Core’s foundation public and in-house leadership programmes, including ‘Leadership for Women’ and ‘Facing the Tiger – the art of having brave conversations’.
