I am passionate about supporting businesses to identify, engage and develop great people who enable professional and personal flourishing within their teams and organisations. I have extensive experience in the HR space, both in an external consulting context, and as an internal resource heading up talent sourcing and development functions in the UK, Australia and New Zealand.
Most of my career has been spent working within large consulting firms and for multinational corporations, predominantly in the professional services and technology spaces. More recently, I have taken the knowledge gained within these environments and used it to develop a boutique consultancy offering to a range of clients.
As a consultant, I support individuals and organisations within both the public and private sectors to develop effective selection and developmental processes. This has included designing programmes to enhance feedback skills for growth conversations and improved engagement.
I have a genuine love of training, with particular skills in facilitating workshops across a range of areas including: leadership, effective communication and conflict resolution. In addition, I am truly in my ‘sweet spot’ supporting clients in a coaching capacity, particularly in the areas of career and leadership coaching. Over a 20 year career, I have definitely honed my skills in the art of asking relevant and impactful questions which challenge peoples’ thinking and provide a catalyst for change.
